To provide Seward with inclusive resources, education, and outreach that fosters a strong, engaged community of LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies.

Seward Pride
We arrange a wide variety of Pride events throughout the entire month of June, but mostly during the first 7 days of the month.
We kick off the best month of the year right with events for everyone. From drag shows to story hour, our Rainbow Over the Bay Cruise, to kayak tours, hiking outdoors or dancing the night away at the local bars. The LGBTQIA+ Community kicks off the busy season every year. Attracting Alaskans and tourists from all over the country to celebrate PRIDE in Seward, AK.

Alphabet Soup
A panel discussion with local LGBTQIA voices, discussing life experiences, challenges of small town queer life, and uplifting stories of hope.

Santa Ball
Winter Drag Show SPA Fundraiser hosted annually at Seward Alehouse in December.

We attend community events all year and host trainings to help everyone work towards a more inclusive Seward.
Whether you sit on our working board, volunteer during Pride, hold space for us in your business, or contribute items for bake sales and raffles- every helping hand has the potential to create change and invite new allies into our community. It is through all of our action and allyship that we will build a welcoming community for everyone that calls Seward, Alaska home for however long they are here.
